Commercial Sea Port of Ust-Luga JSC is a stevedoring company, the operator of two terminals in the port of Ust-Luga (a divirsified port nearest to the European Union): Diversified transshipment complex YG-2 (MPK YuG-2) and the Automobile-Railway Ferry Complex (ARFC).

Infrastructure: 100 ha territory, depths up to 12.8 m, 5 deep-water berths, 900 m mooring wall, deadweight of handled vessels - 50,000 tons, 13 railways (7.2 km), roofed warehouse 4,000 sq. m, open storage areas 20 ha, IT support of cargo, full WI-FI coverage, CONTERRA, SOLVO VMS. Technical equipment: mobile cranes, reach stackers, roll trailers, towing vehicles, forklifts, manipulators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, ship loading machines, grabs for cranes.

Commodity traffic: bulk cargoes (coal, petcoke), loose cargo (mineral fertilizers, ferroalloys), general cargoes.
