Cable plant OPTEN-KABEL was founded in 1991 and became the first domestic manufacturer to launch the fiber-optic cables batch production.

Currently, in accordance with the technical specifications, the plant produces over 50 major cable brands. The plant plans to expand production and further develop new designs in future.
