Ust-Luga Oil JSC

Ust-Luga Oil JSC is the owner and operator of the largest terminal in Europe performing transhipment of oil products from rail transport to sea tankers. Main service is transshipment of petroleum products from the railway to sea vessels. The additional activity is receipt of stable gas condensate from tank wagons and its transfer to the NOVATEK Ust-Luga processing and fractionation complex.

The terminal provides separate storage (segregation) of up to 10 types of dark and up to 5 types of light oil products. The share of Ust-Luga Oil JSC in the petroleum products transshipment market of the north-western macro-region with delivery to the transshipment points by railway transport is over 55%. The Terminal is one of the guarantors of the export obligations for Russian oil companies.
